What is the ordering process?

Select your favorite image from the Print Gallery. There’s a variety of product options to choose from and a guide to show how the different size options will fit a space. Add the item to your cart and checkout. There are two shipping options: local pick-up in St.John’s, Newfoundland which is free or direct shipping to you. The price of shipping will be calculated once you enter your physical address and varies depending on your location and the size of the order (you may qualify for $15 flat rate shipping but it depends on the type of order). All orders are lovingly printed and shipped by my print partner, Newfoundland Canvas. Scroll down for more information. Keep any emails from Newfoundland Canvas as they contain your Order Number.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed in 5-10 business days. Once your order is complete you will receive the shipping tracking information or notification for pickup by email. Delivery times vary depending on location. Neither myself nor Newfoundland Canvas can guarantee a specific delivery date/time. If ordering as a gift for someone please leave plenty of time for production and shipping. Beauty takes time! Do prints come framed?

The short answer: no. The long answer: each print is shipped flat and unframed but you do have the option within the gallery to order it pre-framed if you so choose. Prints are high quality, matte paper with archival inks meant to last for many years and need to be framed. Please professionally frame your prints! P.S. Many of the images in my print gallery have the option to come as a canvas – a canvas comes stretched onto a wooden frame and can be immediately hung on arrival. No framing required although framing a canvas is a nice touch. 

Print details: Fine Art Matt paper with a smooth matt finish. Will need to be framed for display. Additional 1” white border on all sides. Does not apply to canvas orders.

Are prints limited edition and signed?

At this time, for my online gallery,  I’m not able to produce limited edition prints as that would require my own print shop. This also means all prints ship unsigned. That may happen one day! In the meantime please visit one of my in-person displays to find more products and prints that are signed. Read below for more information on this.

In 2022 unfortunately I do not have a gallery BUT I do have a physical print display with products for purchase in Eastport, Newfoundland at the Beaches Arts & Heritage Center. I sell a variety of other products there you won’t find on my website (like postcards). All of my fine art prints for sale in-person will be signed but are not limited edition. I may be at other markets throughout the island over the summer – watch my socials for updates and locations!

Who do I contact with questions about my order?

All prints are handcrafted and lovingly fulfilled by my print partner, Newfoundland Canvas. You will receive an email from them to confirm your order and shipping, your full order details will be in those emails. Please save them for reference.

What if my order arrives damaged?

That would be very sad indeed but can happen. If this does happen to you please immediately reach out to Newfoundland Canvas at hello@newfoundlandcanvas.com or by phone (709) 400-6050 and have your Order Number ready to speed up the process (you can find that number in the order confirmation email sent to you from Newfoundland Canvas).
